Jake Brightbill

Jake Brightbill is an alumni of the Express Hockey Club. Jake anchored the blue line for the team from 2009-2012. Jake was a standout defenseman and the Express won the Championship for the AJHL all three seasons that he played. Along with winning the championship the Express qualified for Nationals two of those years. For the 2011-2012 season Jake was named captain.

Following his stelar career at the Express Jake was recruited and attended division 1 Sacred Heart University. He played all 4 years (2012-2016). For his senior season at Sacred Heart  he was once again named team captain.

For the 2018 season Jake returned to the Express to serve as a coach in the youth program.  He has coached the top Express teams competing in the E9 from squirts up to his current position as Head coach of the Express U18 team. Along with coaching for the Express Jake is an assistant at Franklin high school and coaches at RB Hockey as a lead instructor.
