Jacob Crespo is a native NJ guy who can’t get enough of Boston. He is currently a sophomore at Curry College where he plays for the men’s Ice Hockey Team, and majors in Business. Before attending Curry, Crespo was a long-time junior hockey player. He played all over the east coast in leagues such as the EHL and the NAHL. Jacob started playing juniors when he was 17, up until the age of 21. In that time, he was able to play and train with some of the top players in the country. Jacob took all the years of learning and gaining experience, and transferred that right into coaching. He has been working with Rob’s Hockey School for over four years, as well as other hockey training companies working with kids of all ages and skills. Jacob enjoys being on and off the ice with players, and helping to get them to their top potential.

While playing at Curry College, Jacob wears number 24 and plays as a defenseman. He has also been on the dean’s list since he started attending the school. He had a successful first year on the ice and accomplished a lot, while being the only freshman defenseman on the team.

Before attending Curry College, Jake spent his junior and senior high school years at Trax Academy in the Walpole rink. He learned a lot in the schooling, alongside the great hockey training he received during that time. While attending the academy, Jake was playing for the Junior A Team – Walpole Express. He spent a lot of time learning how to coach by doing night skills and assisting with the Junior Girl’s hockey team. Jacob has now been a coach at the hockey camps for several years and loves every second of coaching the kids at the RB Hockey Camps.
